• Analytics — help us understand which pages are visited and how the site is used, so we can improve it. These are anonymised where possible.

In addition to cookies, we use your browser's local storage and session storage in two limited cases:

• Chat session ID — so your conversation with SparkBot persists if you navigate to another page or refresh. Stored in localStorage under sparkmile-chat-session.
• Chat hint dismissal — so we don't re-show the “Ask SparkBot anything” hint on every page load during the same visit. Stored in sessionStorage under sparkmile-chat-hint-seen.

You can control and delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Instructions vary by browser:

• Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
• Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
• Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
• Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data.

Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will affect the operation of parts of the site (for example, the SparkBot chat will lose its session between page loads).

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect new cookies we adopt, changes in law or user feedback. Material updates will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
