Sparkmile Private Limited (“SparkMile”, “we”, “our”) is a company registered in India, with its registered office at Ground Floor, Welldone Tech Park, Sector 48, Sohna Road, 7th Floor, Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122018. We are the data controller for information collected through this website and our products.

We collect only the personal data we need to serve you:

• Contact details submitted through Book-a-Demo, Careers Apply, Contact and Newsletter forms — name, work email, phone number, company name and message content.
• Application data from careers submissions — resume file or resume URL, LinkedIn profile, experience level.
• Product data from customers using SparkMile platforms (BrokerZen, PolicyMind AI, Sparkcover, RenewIQ, ClaimsPath, Insight) — policy records, client contacts and documents that our customers upload to run their operations.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referral URL, and pages visited — collected through standard web logs.
• Cookies — see our Cookie Policy for detail.

We process your personal data on one of the following bases:

• Consent — you provide it when you submit a form or opt-in to a newsletter.
• Contract — where you or your organisation is a SparkMile customer.
• Legal obligation — where insurance regulation (IRDAI) requires us to retain records.
• Legitimate interest — for standard website analytics and to secure our systems against abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• With sub-processors that host, back up or transmit SparkMile services (e.g. cloud infrastructure, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• With insurers or TPAs, where such transfer is necessary to complete a policy, renewal, claim or servicing request initiated by our customers.
• Where required by law, regulatory authority (IRDAI) or a court order.

We retain personal data only as long as it is needed:

• Enquiry and demo form data — up to 24 months from submission.
• Careers applications — up to 12 months, unless you agree to keep it longer.
• Customer platform data — for the term of the customer contract plus applicable retention periods required by IRDAI regulation.

We follow industry security practices — encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage, role-based access control, audit logging and third-party VAPT testing. ISO 27001 certification is currently in progress.
