The site is operated by Sparkmile Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at Ground Floor, Welldone Tech Park, Sector 48, Sohna Road, 7th Floor, Gurgaon, Haryana, India – 122018. Where these Terms refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, they refer to Sparkmile Private Limited.

You may use this website for lawful, personal or business purposes related to evaluating SparkMile products, engaging with SparkMile, or seeking employment with us. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or replicate any part of our site or products.
• Use our brand, logos or product names without written consent.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes any third party's rights.

All content on the site — text, graphics, logos, product screenshots, code, wordmarks and the SparkMile monogram — is the property of Sparkmile Private Limited or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Information you submit through Book-a-Demo, Contact, Careers Apply and Newsletter forms may be used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, evaluate your candidacy or send you information you have opted in to receive. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle this data.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be free of errors, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful code. Nothing on this website constitutes financial or insurance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkMile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms shall not exceed INR 10,000.

The website may include links to third-party sites (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, insurer portals). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Use of any SparkMile product (BrokerZen, PolicyMind AI, Sparkcover, RenewIQ, ClaimsPath, Insight) by customers is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement executed between the customer organisation and Sparkmile Private Limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after any change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
